SERVICE DESCRIPTION:Operates a statewide system for the registration of births, deaths, and other vital events. Williams County Health District provides services for people to obtain Birth and Death Certificates.

HOW SERVICE IS PROVIDED:On site, by mail, online

ELIGIBILITY:Residents of Williams County

SERVICE HOURS:Mon-Fri 8:30am-4:30pm

FEES:The fee for certified copies of birth and death certificates is $25.00 per copy

DOCUMENTS REQUIRED:Cash, money orders or check payment with a vaild picture ID
