SERVICE DESCRIPTION:Provides adult and child immunizations.

HOW SERVICE IS PROVIDED:On site

ELIGIBILITY:Residents of Fulton County

SERVICE HOURS:Every Fri and the first and third Thu of the month until 6pm; by appointment

FEES:State-provided vaccines cost $21.25 each; however, no one will be turned away due to the inability to pay.
