SERVICE DESCRIPTION:Offers a public health nutrition program administered by the USDA Food and Nutrition Service that provides nutrition, education, nutritious foods, breastfeeding support and health care refferals for income-eligible pregnant or postpartum women, infants, and children up to age five.

HOW SERVICE IS PROVIDED:Call for information

ELIGIBILITY:- Pregnant, Breastfeeding, and Postpartum Women
- Infants and Children under 5 years of age
- Must meet income guidelines (see website), or receive Medicaid, Food Stamps, Ohio Works First (TANF), Refugee Resettlement, or Disability Assistance from Job and Family Services

SERVICE HOURS:- Mon-Fri 8:30am-4pm
- First and third Thu; 10am-6pm

FEES:No fees
