SERVICE DESCRIPTION:Provides tuberculosis testing. A small amount of purifed protein derivative is injected under the skin. In two or three days later the injection site is evaluated for a reaction.

HOW SERVICE IS PROVIDED:On site

ELIGIBILITY:No restrictions

SERVICE HOURS:Mon-Wed and Fri 8am-4pm, Thu 9am-4pm by appointment only

FEES:Accepts Medicare, Medicaid, and all private insurances. One step- $20, two steps- $40

DOCUMENTS REQUIRED:No documentation required
