SERVICE HOURS:Clinic times: Mon 11am-7pm, Tue and Wed 8am-4pm, Thu and Fri 9am-4pm. Call to schedule an appointment, walk-ins are welcome

FEES:Sliding fee scale for those who are unisured or underinsured. Accepts most insurances
