SERVICE DESCRIPTION:Provides a coalition of community members, and agencies/organizations with a vested interest in creating an environment that promotes healthy moms, babies, and families. The coalition works to encourage better birth outcomes by reducing racial and ethnic disparities in infant mortality. Also aims to reduce infant mortality through education and awareness, community engagement, and program implementation.
