NH Department of Health and Human Services and NH Aging and Disability Resource Center, (formerly ServiceLink Resource Center), partners with 211 NH at Granite United Way. The purpose of this partnership is to identify opportunities and implement enhancements aimed to improve statewide access to accurate and timely information about the full range of long term services and supports. The goal is to ensure that citizens of NH have access to accurate and timely information and to create streamlined processes between these agencies.
