DISASTER OUTREACH SERVICES

SERVICE DESCRIPTION:The City of Oklahoma City is opening two tornado outreach offices this Thursday and Friday (Nov 7 & 8) for OKC residents affected by the tornadoesinformation.
Residents can access the following information and services at the outreach offices:
" Fencing, demolition and building permits.
" Contractor information.
" Debris removal details and other information from Utilities.
" OG&E information.
" Oklahoma Insurance Department.
" Consumer protection information from the Attorney General's Office.
" Oklahoma City-County Health Department.
" Social Services.
EMBARK will provide free transportation from the neighborhoods hit by tornadoes to the resource centers.

SERVICE HOURS:Nov. 7 & 8, 2024 - 9am-6pm

Located at:
Harmony Christian Church, 7100 S Choctaw Rd.
Windwood Free Will Baptist Church, 5300 SE 89th St.

INTAKE PROCEDURE:Just show up and have proof of residence

FEES:None

ELIGIBILITY:OKC residents affected by the tornadoesinformation.

DOCUMENTS REQUIRED:Proof of residence and list of damage
