SERVICE DESCRIPTION:Provides evidence based counseling for male and females age 16 or older living with HIV/AIDS or at a high risk for HIV. CLEAR helps clients maintaing health, reduce transmission of HIV and other STIs and improve their quality of life.
SERVICE HOURS:Mon-Fri 8am-5pm
INTAKE PROCEDURE:Call for phone intake with counselor
FEES:No fee but accepts donations
ELIGIBILITY:Age 16+, individuals who are HIV positive or at a high risk of HIV
DOCUMENTS REQUIRED:Medical statement indicating condition
