SERVICE DESCRIPTION:Services include transportation to meal sites, shopping centers and medical facilities. Recreational, educational and arts and craft activities Telephone Assurance Contact (TAC) monitoring of the elderly, Senior Companion program pairs seniors together.
SERVICE HOURS:Mon-Fri 8am-5pm

FEES:Transportation has no fee but donations are welcome
ELIGIBILITY:Seniors ages 60 or older
DOCUMENTS REQUIRED:Need to bring proof of income (check stubs for past 3 months), proof of residency no older than 30 days, picture ID, Social Security cards for all persons living in the household. Call for information.

SITE DESCRIPTION:provides over 43 service programs including but not limited to, home buyer and home owner programs, Head Start, weatherization of homes, emergency home repair, outpatient counseling for alcohol and drug use, prescription drug assistance.
