SERVICE DESCRIPTION:Provides the portal for Oklahomans to register for access to COVID-19 vaccine. http://vaccinate.oklahoma.gov/

Putting information into the portal is not the same as making an appointment. You must register in the portal and will be notified when you can make an appointment based upon eligibility and availability of vaccine.

If you can't access the internet or need assistance accessing the portal, we recommend you ask a family member or friend to assist you with the registration process.
