SERVICE DESCRIPTION:Provides mental health, substance abuse and family/divorce counseling services.
SERVICE HOURS:Mon-Fri 8am-5pm
INTAKE PROCEDURE:Telephone for intake appointment.
FEES:Sliding scale to $50.
ELIGIBILITY:Must have at least one child age 18 and under living in the household.
