SERVICE DESCRIPTION:Sunbeam is enrolling children ages birth through 4 in high-quality childcare in our early education centers in Oklahoma City. Sunbeam offers: A low teacher-child ratio, where your child will receive more individualized support from trauma-informed, highly-trained staff; Fun learning with a researched-based curriculum and high quality classroom materials; Wraparound support and goal setting for your family, including access to mental health; Free diapers, wipes, assessments, immunizations, health screenings, referrals, healthy meals, and snacks; Clean, safe, inclusive, and hope-centered learning environment This program is open to eligible families with childcare assistance or any form of public assistance. It offers high-quality early learning that helps children grow important skills like thinking, talking, and getting along with others. Teachers give each child special attention, focusing on their strengths and needs. They create personalized plans to help your child grow in areas like language, problem-solving, and motor skills. Children who complete the program are better prepared for school readiness, finishing high school, attending college, and succeeding in their careers.

ELIGIBILITY:Pregnant Women and children ages birth to four

DOCUMENTS REQUIRED:Application, proof of income, W-2, last years tax return, proof of public assitstance (TANF, SSI or SNAP), birth certificate and proof of immunizations being up-to-date.
