STATE CERTIFIED ASSESSMENT

Provides an assessment for addiction treatment using the ASAM Service Level for clients seeking state funded residential addiction treatment. Provider will be able to tell the client of all the available beds in the state for residential treatment, or referral for detox or outpatient services.

FEES:Sliding scale based on income or insurance coverage.

ELIGIBILITY:Accepts individuals without insurance or those with Medicaid/Soonercare

SITE DESCRIPTION:Provides services to support recovery from addiction to substances, in addition to mental health services. Addiction services include individual and group peer, rehab, wellness, therapy, and include medication assisted treatment for those qualifying. Drug and alcohol testing is also available.
