STATE CERTIFIED ASSESSMENT

Provides an assessment for addiction treatment using the ASAM Service Level for clients seeking state funded residential addiction treatment. Provider will be able to tell the client of all the available beds in the state for residential treatment, or referral for detox or outpatient services.

SITE DESCRIPTION:Provides outpatient behavioral health services to children, families, and adults. Works with OKDHS to provide home-based child abuse prevention services.
