INTAKE PROCEDURE:To be added to the appointment list, please dial (405) 246-1060 on Mondays at 8:30 AM. It is important to note that once the utility list is full on Mondays, no more utilities calls will be accepted for the rest of the week.

DOCUMENTS REQUIRED:Proof of residence, ID, copy of utility bill and proof of a hardship that caused you to fall behind on utility bill.
