SERVICE DESCRIPTION:Assists individuals (children adolescents, and adults) and families throughout central Oklahoma who are living with emotional, co-occurring, or behavioral health conditions. Offers 24 hour crisis intervention, walk-in appointments and case management
SERVICE HOURS:Mon, Tue, Wed, Th 8am-5pm; Fri, 8am-3pm
INTAKE PROCEDURE:Application includes documentation of residence and income. Call for details.
FEES:Public assistance, private insurance, and sliding scale
ELIGIBILITY:Children up to age 18 years, adults
