SERVICE DESCRIPTION:Provides behavioral health counseling for individuals with substance abuse related problems who are experiencing depression, anxiety, post-traumatic stress and other mental health problems. The program addresses the needs of clients who experience co-occurring mental health and substance abuse problems.
SERVICE HOURS:Mon-Thu 8:30 am-5pm, Fri 8:30 am-3pm
INTAKE PROCEDURE:Call for phone intake
FEES:Private pay, Medicaid, and Memberships for uninsured.
ELIGIBILITY:No restrictions
DOCUMENTS REQUIRED:Must provide Social Security Card, Insurance Card, Proof of ID
