SERVICE DESCRIPTION:Provides administration of Seminole tribal services, including social service programs, alcohol & substance abuse programs, Head Start, Indian Child Welfare, food, nutrition, and educational programs. Additional services include General Assistance, Burial Assistance, Emergency Assistance, and services for children, elderly, and families.

SERVICE HOURS:Mon-Fri 8am-5pm

INTAKE PROCEDURE:Call about service availability.

FEES:Call for fee schedule. Some services are offered at no cost to tribal members, check with agency for additional information.

ELIGIBILITY:Must be an enrolled member of a federally recognized tribe, reside in service area, and meet specific program criteria.

DOCUMENTS REQUIRED:Must provide tribal membership card, photo ID/driver's license. Additional documents may be needed for some services.
