ELIGIBILITY:Must have been a veteran who was honorably discharged and served a minimum of 90 days.

DOCUMENTS REQUIRED:Must provide DD-214 (Certificate of Release or Discharge from Active Duty) or WD 53-55 (Enlisted Record and Report of Separation) Honorable Discharge papers.
