CHILDREN'S SSI-DCP

Assists children who receive a Supplemental Security Income - Disability Payment to receive assistance in getting needed equipment and services. This includes adaptive equipment, specialty formula, and diapers.

INTAKE PROCEDURE:Appointment required. Call about service availability. To apply contact Health Related and Medical Services (HR&MS) at Adult and Family Services branch of DHS.

ELIGIBILITY:Must reside in service area, be a child 17 years of age or younger, and already receive a Supplemental Security Income disability payment from the Social Security Administration.
