SERVICE DESCRIPTION:Provides daytime care and therapeutic activities for frail older adults and adults with disabilities.

SERVICE HOURS:Mon-Fri 7:30am-5:30pm

INTAKE PROCEDURE:Application required.

FEES:Call for fee schedule.

ELIGIBILITY:Must be age 18 and older AND have a physical impairment, Alzheimer's disease or other type memory loss, be socially isolated, have a mental health disorder, or a developmental disability.
